I had emailed Quest to see if I could get a sample of the chips. They said that because it was new, they didn't offer samples. I was very interested to see how they would taste, but won't buy them/pay for shipping without having tried them first. Which flavor did you get? Here are the ingredients (for Mrs. RRn) Protein Blend (Milk Protein Isolate, whey Protein Isolate), Dried Potatoes, Corn Starch, High Oleic Sunflower Oil. Contains less than 2% of the following: Sea Salt, Calcium Carbonate, Natural Flavors. I have been eating Quest bars for probably 6 months, and love them, although I was just introduced to the Victory bar, and although they don't have quite the texture as the Quest bar, I really like them as well, and am getting them now.

Mooncat, I am a bit confused by your numbers. TPL from your HW is 136. TPL from your SW is 121. I wanted to make sure your CW was accurate, because I couldn't calculate a TPL number of 73, and want to make sure I get you down for your total weight loss! -

To tell or not to tell mom and dad....that is the question
RunningA5K replied to rome's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
I did not, and still have not told anyone in my family. I only see them twice a year, so I'm sure it will be interesting when I see them next.
