  1. Try not to worry too much about a leak. Like someone else posted you will spike a fever and it will be excruciating. Also, I am almost four weeks out too, if we were going to have a leak, we probably would have had it already. As long as you at following your food plan you should be fine!! Good luck and keep us updated!
  2. Also hoping dropping all this weight helps me get preggo....
  3. I was diagnosed 12 years ago and the white things have always been an issue. The best I ever felt, before being sleeved, was when I did a flour/starch free diet. No white Floyd, wheat flour, rice flour, nothing. It is much harder than I thought it would be but was worth it. I don't think I will ever truely go back to them ever....
  4. This is true. Every surgeon is different. I was on full liquids for two weeks then moved to soft/purée for three weeks before solid foods on the sixth week. I was sleeved 7/1.
  5. I am a teacher and it is programmed in to eat in 10..... Think about it- by the time we walk to the cafeteria, go through the line (which I won't be doing anymore), and did a seat, all of our one is gone. All that is left to shovel and swallow- everything!
  6. It goes away - well the frequency goes away. I burp after I eat every time. That is how I know I am full.
  7. Sweet potatoes, refried beans, deli meat, cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, canned peaches or pears, grilled fish, chicken.....good luck!!
  8. Heparin shots did not hurt me at all....
  9. I tried it and it was ok. A little strong. Not sure if I would be able to use it at home and drink it.
  10. I feel the same way. I don't think I am Peeing enough in comparison to what I am taking in.
  11. Agree to that, Cheri!
  12. Congratulations to you! The first week was very painful for me. No position really helped either. But after that first week everything got so much better each day....
  13. I used to make them with almond flour- literally taking whole almonds and grinding it to flour. Did pizza crust the same way. Tasted pretty good. I'll have to ask about these...
  14. I stopped taking it as well.....
  15. I haven't found a pre made drink I like yet. Haven't tried these yet....
