I was just going to post something like this..I am very disappointed ... I am 5 wks out and i have lost 34 lbs which is really good but for the past 2 weeks I've only lost 3 lbs??? And I've been doing cardio and eating right.. I just felt like I'm doing all this hard work for nothing.. And now I feel like i will never hit goal, specially when I have to loose more than 100lbs to get to my goal... I'm glad I'm not alone!

Ms.skinniness, I agree 100% with u! The reason why we went through this surgery was to change our eating habbits... In order to see results fast w e have to make healthy choices when it comes to eating

How funny!! After my surgery, I was craving cereal too.. I have small kids and you i can't go without cereal in the house.. And yes it was hard and yes I even cried bec all i would think was omg I will never be able to eat again.. But t gets better, trust me.. I craved everything even the things i didn't like before surgery and now it sooo much easier bec I'm able to eat and enjoy not the food but the flavor if u know what i mean lol.. But hang in there it will get better .. And plus when u start seeing the results oh that will be the best feeling ever!! Congrats!

I woke up to the worst news ever.. My bariatric doc died from a surprising heart attack ... Today is my 1 month post op and my doc is gone i just still can't believe it... The person that changed my life is no longer here... RIP Dr. Daryl Stewart.... Prayers goes for his family and all his patients....

Biotin works!!! I'm taking it plus ur multivitamins will help too.. Doc said will fall a lil bec of the diet change but it should get better with multivitamins and biotin!! I was worried too!

I am 3 weeks post surgery and I have not YET experience hair loss BUT doc said Biotin is really good for hair, nail etc... Any pharmacy have them... Good luck on ur upcoming surgery!!!
