Its been 3 months now here is a updated pic...... I feel so great...

i dont count calories etc. only get on scales once a week.

i eat very little. I eat protein. Example. I had 2 slice of bacon for breakfest. lunch piece of baked chicken. (not much more than 4 bites) dinner. baked fish ( 4 or so bites) drink around 80 ozs of water a day. thats it.

i dont exercise alot maybe walk once a week.

Yes i told everyone who asked. They said great. Everyone has been really supportive. It doesn't matter if you tell them, only thing important you get healthy. Thanks everyone.

down 85 lbs in 2 months. Feels great.

Well it has been 1 month since I got sleeved. Everything is going great. I have lost 66 lbs in the first month. Here is a before and after pic......

I lost 38 lbs the first week and i am 1 month post op on the 18th, I have lost 62 pounds. I feel Great..... I only weight myself once a week. Cloths falling off me... I guess its time to go buy some new ones....

I was sleeved on Juy 18th. I had my first dr appointment since surgery. I am down 38 LBS!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was sleeved on july 18th. I got released from hospital on July 19th.. This has been the easiest thing I have ever done so far.... I had a great dr. I had zero pain and zero problems.
