  1. I know exactly what you mean. I think its anxiety about the upcoming surgery and big changes. I keep reminding myself...think about this ONE DAY at a time!! Anything else is too much! Good luck!
  2. Wow...I can relate to your feelings 100%. Don't worry, you are not alone in feeling this way! My revision is 7/30 and I am having the same exact thoughts!! I KNOW logically we will NOT die, have small chance of any type of serious after care issues, and yet, still scared! Its fear of change. Take is easy and remember take it one day at a time. I try to remind myself not to worry about what I can eat in 6 months...only worry about what I need to eat/do for today! WE CAN DO THIS!!!
