Felt Hungry All Day

I don't know why, but I have felt hungry off and on all day today. I wish that I could figure out why I have felt this way, I got disappointed twice today, and I've felt anxious and jittery this evening. I tried to lay down and rest but didn't have any luck at all, its like all my senses are on high alert. I went for a short walk as fast as I could and it calmed me a little bit, maybe its just energy that I'm not used to having, lol, I really don't know. I only have six days to go until my big day. Maybe that's it, a little case of the nerves, but it will pass.

Liquid diet Day 2

Today has been better than yesterday, I haven't felt hungry today so I didn't eat and slept up until 11 or 12. when I did get up I had a pretty bad headache so I made me a protein shake and drank it but I still had a headache most of the day until I drank me some beef broth and that stopped it. Thank you Lord!!! I have had more bouts of energy too, maybe its not eating all the bad junk I used too. One day and one step closer to a healthier me.

Started Liquid Diet

Today was the first day of my liquid diet, and I also had to go babysit in a home where there were sweets everywhere, it was hard but with the Lords help I made it. So I have one day down and only 12 more to go and then 1 day of clear liquids and a bowel prep then my Big Day!!! I have waited so long to be comfortable with my decision and I am so excited about my healthy future. :wub:
