Started Liquid Diet

Today was the first day of my liquid diet, and I also had to go babysit in a home where there were sweets everywhere, it was hard but with the Lords help I made it. So I have one day down and only 12 more to go and then 1 day of clear liquids and a bowel prep then my Big Day!!! I have waited so long to be comfortable with my decision and I am so excited about my healthy future. :wub:

    Congrats, I just started my LD a few days ago and its very hard but I'm trucking along. My date is the 29th. I think the first day is the hardest .
