  1. This sounds more like a virus. Definitely keep hydrating yourself and call your doctor. He will probably tell you to take some Imodium.
  2. I drink 1/2 caffein 1 cup a day with sf caramel machaitto and some of my premier protein drink. I'm also 4 1/2 months post op so if you are recently post op you might wait a little. Yummy!
  3. Way to go!! You are looking terrific! Life is good!!
  4. You are looking fantastic!! Keep it up!
  5. It's funny but that is exactly how you feel....... a craziness in our thinking takes over and you do have to talk yourself down!! Good for you!!!
  6. I have found that most of the foods that we eat are not in the isles but around the edges of the store. I found a summer roll in the sushi section without rice and it was so so good! The carbs were ridiculously small....no worries! Pretty soon you can enjoy some of this!
  7. It's tough but it will get easier. I am 4 1/2 months post op and I was in a card shop the other day and they had all kinds of wonderful goodies at the check out and it drove me crazy. The thing is though that hadn't happened to me in months but I guess I was mentally weak that day. I didn't get anything but it did drive me nuts!! Hang in there!
  8. LOL Some how I don't believe this!
  9. I chose BeachLover because it is the one thing that can soothe my soul without even trying. I live on the beach and spend many hours getting my natural prozac fix. When I reach goal I am going to freaking surf and hopefully it won't kill me!!! This is a picture of the beach I love!
  10. And I can not lie!!! Thank goodness my big butt is serving a purpose!! LOL I too heard this on the news the other day.
  11. Two things I live by Colace and Miralax! Makes life easier!
  12. OMG Last night I was sitting in the shower trying to shave my legs and my butt was hurting!!
  13. LOL I was just talking to my husband about this. I can feel bones that I forgot were there! Last night I could feel my sternum which I haven't felt in years!
  14. Eating crackers would awaken the carb demon........none for me! Wish I could be one of those people who can eat them and walk away without wanting more even a couple of hours later!!
  15. You are looking fabulous!! Great job!!
  16. I am 4 1/2 months post op and will try a little of everything that I want. Maybe just a bite of the stuffing though.....bread still makes me nervous. Sounds like I will eat a ton but in actuality it will be a bite or 2 of this and that. can't wait!
  17. I didn't have that problem but I know others have. I believe it is the ketones that you are burning that causes the odor.
  18. Congratulations!! That picture was a great motivator!! I bet you look fantastic!!
  19. I think you did a great job and I will take your idea and use it myself!
  20. Okay, I did read the whole post. I have to say that I am proud that you are reaching out because a part of you knows that you are making some seriously bad decisions. You apparently have some issues in your personal life that need to be addressed with a therapist and I wish you the best of success with that. You have been given some very good advice on here and everything is up to you. There are some things you can do to make your new life a success irregardless of where you live or how well you can cook. If you are in a college setting I am sure there are plenty of people around you that can help you with the cooking tips. If not, we are here for you. Just ask there is enough good cooks and supportive people on here that will walk you through your cooking. You have heard this enough times but I am going to say it again. Stay away from the sliders! They are mentally anguishing you and probably stalling your weight loss. On top of that they make you crave them more to the point of driving a sleever crazy.........me included!! I am going to give you some easy quick foods that can be purchased to fill you up and I am inviting everyone else to add to that list. Beef Jerky cheese Stick Hard boiled eggs (You can buy these preboiled at the grocery store) Summer sausage tuna chicken salad almonds Premier Protein shakes SF Jello (not in the shot form ) rotisserie chicken, fish from the deli Subway chopped salad greek yogurt fruit melons and berries These are just a few but I hope others will add to this list. My heart goes out to you and I truly do hope you get the help you need. Remember your therapist by law can not share your information with your mother and if they do then get a new one! Be kind to yourself and you can start with changing your name on here. You are worth something and we all think so!!
  21. I am definitely doing it. Start 229 Goal 221 I want to lose 8 pounds
