Reality check

Am a nurse and at work we just put up a board with all our pics and names. They took the pics 6 months ago just before I went out on medical leave for my surgery. My god I know I was fat and didn't look great but.... God I look better now. I have lost 104 as of last week. Now I know it made a difference but, thank god I had the sleeve! I have gotten rid of almost all my type II meds and the other meds connected with it. But the pic and a co worker who was out with her baby really gave me a great lift! She didn't realize it was me until I spoke to her. Also other people are looking at the pic and saying no way!!. Well again I am glad I have my life back. The girl I see in the mirror now I haven't seen in 18 years. Also I look in the mirror now!
