I agree Premier is the best tasting and provides more grams of protein than any I have seen. You can get them in vanilla and chocolate at Sam's, costco and I recently found out they can be found at Walgreens but you will pay more for it there.

I did the exact same thing in fact I called it my restaurant bucket list!! Some will advise against it but in order for me to move forward I had to say goodbye to my old life to move forward to my new one. I want this change of life with a very clear outlook to what the change entails. I am now on day 10 of the 2 week liquid diet and I KNOW it was the best thing I could have done for the mental process of this change. Good luck on your journey!!

Most definitely yes!!! The worst part is I have a daughter that is 22 years old and a size 0!!! How the heck did I give birth to a size 0 child and why the heck couldn't I be thinner. I don't have to be a 0 but just to have a thinner body would have been nice. lol

I am laughing right now because I told my daughter today I was really wanting to go to the movies today and eat popcorn!! I am on day 9 of a 2 week liquid diet and it's not the easiest thing to do and I admit to chewing some fritos and spitting them out!! It tasted so good and I know it was disgusting but it did the trick to kill the craving! I know I can't be alone in this dirty little secret! LOL

Hi my fellow sleevers and future sleevers!! I just found this site and find it to be very informative and I can't wait to learn more about what I am about to do!! By that I mean the in's and out'sand the what and what not to do's. The advice you get here is invaluable and I can't wait to meet you all! My surgery is June 7th and coming up soon!! It took me about 18 months to make this decision but I am so happy and excited to do this. I am on day 9 of my liquid diet and I just want Friday to hurry up!
