  7. I just got off liquids yesterday. I had it for two days. At first it was hard but then it got easier. I chewed ice non stop, because I just needed to chew something. I was allowed decaf coffee/tea. Broth, protein shakes, sf jello, and sf Popsicles. I say change up your flavors and chew ice or jello it'll get better!!
  8. I just started having solid food yesterday and its definitely weird. I'm still not really hungry so I'm not sure when I'm full either. I have relied on my hiccups. As soon as I have one I'm done. Anyone else have this problem. I'm 15 days post op

  11. My nutrionalist suggested celebrates multi-Vitamin, but I gag, get real flushed, and feel like I'm going to throw up for about 15 minutes after taking it. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good bariatric Multivitamin? Ps. It's a chewable so I'm not sick by the size of the pill.
  12. I am two weeks post op and just up to 64 oz a day. That is all my doctors want me at. Of course when it is hot I drink more. For me it took a weeks before I could even do 8 oz an hour. I don't know what your doctor says though. For me I drank everything with super tiny sips so I wouldn't have pressure in my new sleeve

  14. Good luck on your surgery. I'm pear shaped and 5'3 but I'm only 2 weeks post op. I didn't have to do liquids before surgery, but I had two weeks of liquids following surgery. Today I get instructions for my next step. I will say in 14 days I've lost 17 lbs. so just follow instructions and you will do great!!
