    Hey Guys

Good morning all!, Im so glad i refound this thread as i have named 2016 the year of my restart. Im almost at year 3 and have lost a little over 100 lbs. So far i uave only regained 10 of that but I lost it last year so now im struggling to keep a good maintenance plan. I need the accountability that as a food addict i cant give myself. Kinda like a fox guarding the chicken coop! LoL My goal is to lose the next 15 lbs before my 3 yr mark. Daunting yes as my weight loss is now about my choices rather than the surgery...... Thanks for letting me ramble, youll be seeing me post again and if i can help anyone just let me know.

    North Carolina

Northern Durham. Id like to know if anyone from that area knows of any local wls support groups or if anyone would like to meet that lives near the Durham/Roxboro area.
  11. It's hard trying not to compare your journey to others. Some people reach goal in a blink and some takes a while. Just remember it's YOUR journey!! At the end of the day you have to be your own best cheerleader, reach and pat yourself on the back and say how much you love yourself. You took the step to make a change and you change....stronger faster healthier!!
