nearly spilled the beans....
I have to say I was total opposite...I told my family and a couple of my closest friends...I was afraid at first but I wanted the support of my family. The only person that I had an issue with was my brothers wife (she is a know it all nursing students). We dont even know each other, so I just blew her off...But everyone in my family was very supportive and now both my parents are thinking of doin it too.

What were some of your 1st pureed foods?

tired of being lectured on here
Well...The fact is we were all FAT. I can say for myself...I come from many generations of OBESE family members. One thing to remember on here is that none of us know each other personaly. It is only normal to assume you had some bad habits. I know that I did...there were foods that I didnt enjoy very often so when I did have them I would over induldge...but at the same time you would find me at the gym several times a week for the past several years. For me the more that I worked out the more I gained. So the best thing to realize is these people dont know you and they are only giving you information based on what they know to best answer the questions you have...if you dont like what they say just dont take their advice. We are all here to learn and hopefully encourage...all our drs. give us different guidlines.

question females only plzz

4 days post op and drinking way to much
I think you will begin to notice a difference when you start to have thicker liquids...if you....I cant say that I have felt full but I have signs of fullness like I start to do little burps/hiccups and I know to stop, based on group meetings
