  13. Well when is your date? I would have to say I was completely back to normal in 2 weeks. however if you dont have a bunch of roudy kids I would say a week would be sufficient...if you can do some of teaching while sitting....it is just soreness not real pain.

  15. OK I had to share this cuz I made it this evening and several families loved it. So here it goes: It is basically a fruit salad One package of fat free coolwhip One small pkg of sugar free strawberry Jello Mix those together till jello is basically dissolved Then add 12 oz of reduced fat cottage cheese Then add 1 cup of sliced strawberries and 1 bannana sliced (I left these out this time because I am not at the point where I can have raw fruit..but it was very good and tons of protein) ENJOY!
  16. The cookie pieces are what made me like the double stuff cookie one...but if you didnt like that one you might want to try the cookies and cream by Isopure...it tasted ok to me but I like the syntrx one so much better.
  17. Hopefully some band people will reply to you but the full feeling to me I get little burps then I know I am done...now it doesnt happen with every meal...and the non productive burps that has happend a couple of times...but very limited on the amount you can eat...I am only at 2 ounces if that.

  19. I am almost 3 weeks post op and just got sick for the 1st time. After a slow recovery I was very afraid of vomiting...The worst part was the continued wreching after my sleeve was empty...I was only thankful that I didnt feel any pulling or pain. Tummy still dont feel well now...but think it was from post nasal drip....happened after I ate breakfast... YUCK!

  21. They didnt give us an amount. They did suggest PB2 over regular peanut butter but did say we can have regular. Our Nut suggested as a snack between meals as a source of Protein. If I have any it is only a baby spoonful and that takes me 5-10 mins to lick on that.
  22. sounds like you are doing wonderful....Suggest update your ticker....Seeing it yourself makes you feel even more motivated!
