That includes my pre op. I include that as its when the weight loss started and is all part of the journey. Good luck with yours it's life changing x

Try not focus on how big u got but rather think about where ur gona end up and how well your doing getting there. I know myself it's hard to believe I'm the size I am. But i try remind myself it's just a number right now and soon to change! X

It's a unit of measurement for weight that the British-English use. You can google it, and find out the pound equivalent. I can't remember what it is. Lol.
