When you get a little further down the road, you can buy dried edamame (Crunchamame) which is a great snack. High Protein and salty/crunchy but not bad on the sleeve.

Well, in the last three days, (yes, ive called daily) I've gone from received, to required more clinical information, to medical review.... Frankly, the reps there may all be calling it the same thing, I don't care as long as it makes me think I'm closer to being approved!
I wonder what they will say tomorrow...

I bought a bag of frozen edmame in the podt. I followed the directions to boil in slightly salty Water for 5 minutes. They are wonderful! I will be buying this regularly now. Anyone else? And what do you use them for other than snacking by themselves?

I'm not sure eating McDonalds 7 days out is smart regardless of the calorie content of what you choose. Do they serve apple sauce?

I'm excited that so many of us can work collectively to leave to 300+ club and probably the 200+ lol....we all lose differently...One day at a time...or should I say one pound at a time. Lol

Well my first thought on that is remembering a girl a couple of months ago, that came out and said she thought most people here looked better on their "before" pictures...
Yeah, she's not here anymore!
But really? Yes, if we lose a bunch of weight AND pretty fast as with this surgery, there may be a "sunken" look and thinning hair. But the hair will come back and some skin will shrink back over time.
The teeth? I suppose if they were jacked up before they will still be jacked up!
This surgery does not turn us into super models.
Well except for me. I went to Mexico and paid an extra thousand for that package

I do my research and buy online. I've experienced the same thing. I could buy at the gyms and health clubs..but the prices! I've found GNC kinda scammy .

I promise. This was literally the most terrifying part of this process for me, and now I only have 5 days to go, of 17. You all can do it. This is from a guy who weighed 375 lbs. it doesn't even take a ton of willpower if you get enough Protein in...
It is doable. Ie been out to eat with family, gone to a potluck, and picnic... You can do it. Yes, I want it to be over, I just wanted to encourage you all!
