A two week clear liquid diet really isnt that bad.

I promise. This was literally the most terrifying part of this process for me, and now I only have 5 days to go, of 17. You all can do it. This is from a guy who weighed 375 lbs. it doesn't even take a ton of willpower if you get enough Protein in...

It is doable. Ie been out to eat with family, gone to a potluck, and picnic... You can do it. Yes, I want it to be over, I just wanted to encourage you all!

Thanks for this. There is no reason for us make a big deal over something that is such a short period of our lives.

If you cut out sugar and caffeine now, it will make the pre-op liquid diet MUCH easier. The first three days of liquids are tough enough without having to go through sugar and caffeine withdrawal at the same time.
