This is definitely what I need to know. I'm in bad with CareCredit already due to surgery for my dog and vet bills.

Haven't weighed myself in a couple weeks. I was at 210. Might be below 200 now. I hate getting on the scale. im afraid of disappointment. I do know that I am wearing a size 14 now. That's a far cry from a 24.

I was sleeved Apr 22 and have lost 57lbs so far. I was weighing myself daily and sometimes twice a day morning and night. Speaking with my dr yesterday she suggested once a week in the am with no clothes on. She said daily or more than once a day is not an accurate reading the body fluctuates Water retention throughout the day. For accurate reading once a week. So I am trying not to look at the scale. Great progress everyone. Lets all keep up the great weight loss.

That's great. If I liked avocados I would be on that regimen...lol

You know what's funny. I went from a size 24 to a size 8/10 and I get more attention and more date requests, but I have no desire to date and be in a relationship. I know my life has changed in a lot of ways, but I wasn't expecting this at all. Maybe it will change and maybe it won't. But right now I am completely satisfied and happy which is all that matters.

That's right my friend..lol. I had my surgery 4/24/13. So far I lost 37 lbs horray.

I'm starting to take visical.. I'm 7 days post op and. Just got cleared for taking my Vitamins again

I am only three months out and I weigh myself every single day. There are times when I weigh in about 3-4 pounds more than the day before. But then one random day I loose it all plus a bit more. I have very irregular periods and I notice that when I am spotting or about to get it my weight fluctuates even more. For me, I think the unsteady numbers have to do with my hormone imbalance.
