So Tuesday night I had a panic attack with some bad news and then wed morning the news got worse and I could feel my heart beating fast, I started to get dizzy and light headed and then my bottom lip went numb..I had a appointment today but my doctor was not in so I didn't get the chance to ask her about this. I'm wondering if it meant I went into hypertension or just had really high bp. Has anyone ever experienced this? Scared the crap out of me..if I wasn't serious about surgery before I deffinetly am now..don't want to die of a stroke or heart attack at 20

Is it ok to eat sushi then? ..the only time I eat rice it with teriyaki chicken or sushi.

its 6 months. I'm a really shy person and have social phobia so I'm scared of rejection and humiliation so normally I would avoid asking doctors for something like this but I really need help losing weight. Hot tubs make everything better! You should see if there is a hot tub/spa place around...or go see a movie. When I'm nervous or angry I play video games to keep my mind off everything
