I'm 5 months out ;My hair came out in clumps today and made me tear up. Never worn a wig before so today was the first day of many until my hair returns, if it ever does.

What color are they? I can only wear anything the shade of pink (solid).

I promise you that it will get better. I am 5 months out and 79 pounds down from surgery. Things will change. You just went through major surgery so it will hurt for awhile. I had thought the same thing but I continued to think of how I will be a healthier person for my life and future family. Keep your head lifted... Welcome to the "Sleeved" life!

My doc called me and told me to immediately stop taking my BC pills. He's not taking any chances with the blot clots.

Congrats! My surgery is the 29th. I am currently doing my liquid diet and I am screaming on the inside! Not sure how to feel for the next 3 weeks but I try to think of a healthier me!

I have PCOS. One of the main reasons for getting the surgery.

April 29th is my sleeve day!!!! 3 weeks...22 days... What in the world have I gotten myself into?! So here's my thing. I am a planner person and I have have no idea what to bring (other than myself and that darn CPAP), what not to bring or nothing! Please help!

I just started my preop today and I am starving. I can only have 3 protein shakes and 64 oz of water for the next 3 weeks. I am not a happy girl!

My surgery is in 24 days and I am unsure how to feel. I start my liquid diet on Sunday! Is anyone unsure about this surgery? How do you get over it?
