  4. I'm 7 months out & I've lost 85 pounds. I've had lots of stalls. I still want to lose 60 more pounds... Give or take. My sister in law started at the same weight as me. She's 10 months out & down 143 pounds and lower than been , . She has been very strict with calories, like 600/day, and exercises at least 2 hours 6 days a week. We have both been successful, just taken different approaches to weight loss. I have a baby & she has older kids. So I can't leave my baby with older kids to work out since I don't have any older children. To a point you get out what you put in. But genetics also play a roll.
  5. I'm sorry for the tarty reply. I gave the scrubs to a friend already. I will have more around Christmas probably. So I will post again at that time.

  10. Have several women's 3x scrubs for sell. Most of them never worn. Is anyone interested?
  11. My baby was 10 months old when I had surgery. My husband works out of town and is only home on the weekends. I was very lucky, my sister is a teacher and was out for the summer. She kept the baby for a week then I had a teenage niece come stay with me for 4 weeks. I wasn't suppose to lift for 8 weeks. But 5 was all I got I just made sure to use my abdominal binder for extra support and to remind me to be careful. It all worked out ok. Just be careful and use proper body mechanics.
  12. Do you use any other apps or websites to track with also? Such as MFP?
  13. Does anyone have a fitbit flex? I've been looking at it and I'm not sure how much I'm going to use it. Any opinions from others?
  14. I love sushi. But I usually get sashimi or a hand roll. It seems to have less rice and I can eat 1. I can not eat anything with splenda. Which happens to be in a LOT of foods. My sleeve HATES splenda with a passion.

  25. I would like to add friends also but I don't know how to had on mfp. My name is thistxgrlrocks if anyone wants to add me.
  26. I had really bad diarrhea post op. At first I thought it was from dairy. But it was from Splenda. Splenda is in most protein powder, and a lot of sugar free products. Just something to think about.
  27. I had diarrhea after getting home and doing the liquid diet. Apparently I'm having lactose issues. Every time I drank protein shake, ate cottage cheese, cream soup or yogurt I would have it. Thank goodness that is over. After 1 week my dr advanced me to chopped and things are going much better.
  28. July 11th. Can't wait!!!
