  1. Well the butt and boobs have lots of fat and usually go first..that's not to say all of it will go and once you start losing more in you stomach and other places it might pop out again I'm black and fat and have no ass so I'm hoping dropping all this weight will make my butt more visible lol cause its pretty freakin flat and wide lol
  2. you need to listen to your self. Those people don't know you. But what's been done is done and you need to make the best of it. Maybe if you work hard your end result will be better then what you looked like before surgery?
  3. Also I hear about lots of postpones due to results of endoscopys usually a bunch of ulcers or H Pylori
  4. I hear a how do you heal ulcers?
  5. Ill ask my dietician on Monday. My coordinator is hard to get ahold of these days cause there is quite a few new patients
  6. I'm going to die when my family goes out for sushi or any kind of Asian food...
  7. Well they checked my cholesterol,iron,thiamin..b12 uhh they checked for H Pylori as well...they do standard stuff then it also depends on your family history as well.
  8. It's hard when a good chunk of the healthy food you do not like lol.
  9. Oh I get it, thanks guys
  10. Since my 6 month diet starts on the 24th does that mean My diet ends the 24th of December or does it end whenever my last appointment with the dietician? If so can my appointments be scheduled any time of the month or does it have to be on or closely around the 24th? I'm trying to figure this out cause my coordinator said my surgery will be in December and if that's right then it doesn't make sense cause then my 6 months wouldn't end till late December and then you have to wait for approval and all those appointments.
  11. i know how you feel lol I'm pre op and can't stand yogurt.
  12. Congratulations and good luck!
  13. You should be fine but this is a serious surgery and should be taken seriously, eating foods you shouldn't increase your chances of complications.
  14. the doctors reasons for my twitching was I was falling asleep and it was my brain waking me up that it wasn't due to not being able to breath. My mom was pretty convinced I had it but I guess not. My aunt has it bad though. You can visibly see her stop breathing and then hear her snore anywhere in the house with the tv on lol
  15. I snore and used to twitch but unfortunately I was negative for sleep apnea but it turns out I only need type two diabetes to qualify which I have. It's a slim chance to get your insurance too approve you if you are under 40 without 2 comorbilitys. What falls under comorbilitys is really different for every insurance. So you should look into your insurance or ask your coordinator what your insurance accepts as a comorbility if you don't have sleep apnea.
  16. Do you think they could decide to say no just because I have not tried a lot of diets? I've only tried about 6 diets well one was sensa and the other was a pill but I'm worried they may want me to keep trying
  17. My first dietician and psychologist appointment is this Monday
  18. Do they ask about diet history again?
  19. It's just a thought lol I'm not a survivalist or anything
