Today= a challenge

Today was very challenging for me. While being off work, my boyfriend and I decided to take this time to see the movie The Internship. We always get popcorn and a soda... I love movie popcorn. It was so hard to stay away from it.. I did, but it's still super hard to stay away from it. I'm proud of myself for the choices I've made and look forward to continue my success change here. I'm trying to get into the 100's by August! I WILL get there!!!!

Great job!

Well done.

Yay for you! I don't know about you, but I still find it really refreshing when it realise I can go to places and not partake in something and still have a great time :-D

I'm going to die when my family goes out for sushi or any kind of Asian food...

I guess everyone's journey is different but my restriction is so effective I don't mind having a bite or 2 of something I used to eat glutinous.

You will be able to have sushi! Maybe you'll get full sooner, but sushi is healthy food.

This is my biggest fear. I loveeeeeeee sushi!

When we go to sushi places now I get edamame beans and miso, and sometimes I will get sashimi. I love it and don't miss the sushi rolls at all. Though I have seen places selling sushi rolls made with brown rice which I would like tot ry, I think if I did that one roll will fill me up and it still seems such a waste of valuable stomach space!

I never eat the rolls now either and I can afford the nicer pieces of sashimi now that I don't eat as much. Before with what I ate sushi was extremely expensive
