  1. Hmmm......"right this way boys,"......."she's in there"......."careful, she might think your an elephant or possibly a train"..........
  2. Recycled replied to JustinNC's topic in Rants & Raves
Aww, c'mon, can't we all just be friends..........
  3. At least with hunting your dealing less with the stomach/groin as with the shoulder. I'm gonna miss fishing for awhile. I blue water fish and the rod's butt is typically right in the gut.
  4. I think some of you might be too wrapped up in the statistic of this death and missing the specifics of the cause. Yes, deaths do occur in all surgeries everywhere and for many different reasons. Some unavoidable and some which could have been avoided with some very simple procedures. That would be my concern. Were all the appropriate steps taken and used to help prevent the cause of this particular death and or any others by this Doctor? If not, what changes have been made? Some doctors take steps or use medications to help avoid clots or embolisms, while others may not. Tests can be administered to verify a clot or embolism. Were they done? I have had several surgeries where clots were a major concern and I always made sure every step possible was used to prevent any issues, and I had none. If a doctor refuses or does not take me seriously enough I will not use him. I know that is no guarantee and complications can still occur, but I'm not taking any chances. Do your research and find out everything about the Doctors specific procedures and methods. And by all means, speak up with your demands as well.
  5. Whadda you mean thank you ladies?. What would they know about how hot you look. Now speaking from a man's perspective, you look fantastic. Guys are gonna go gaga over you like crazy.!!
  6. You probably left him no choice when you wouldn't listen to him telling you to leave.............
  7. Unlike you, my post was generic and not advice on her situation, of which I have no personal or factual information. And second, her post is a one sided prejudiced and self serving rant. and third, this is the Man room, and as BopPop said so tactfully above.......if you want to berate your husbands, gang up together in the powder room. and as to "why am I posting?" My question is why are You posting. Again, the man room......I'll post whatever I like. It doesn't have to, nor is it intended to please you.
  8. Really?? Two pages about oatmeal. I don't think the manufactures of oatmeal put this much thought into it.
  9. I think the moral of story here is "Blanket or tarp". Napkins?? are you kidding me.
  10. Hmmm.......convince themselves, egos, theorizing, feeling young at heart, blah blah blah...Really? It's not that complicated. What would you want.......a shiny new car with smooth tight mechanics that responds instantly or a squeaky, old, clunker full of dents, peeling paint never wants to run and is constantly breaking down ? Duh. And of course we all know the saying why women want the younger guys........"Young dumb and full of cum......" (they want 'em on a level they can relate) .....ROFL .......again....."Man Room"....... I can say what I want...... na na nah na na nah..........and they started it anyway......
  11. little elves come in the middle of the night and sew away enlarging the clothes you have. they're called the motivation elves.
  12. Cmon guys, this is not choosing a life of celibacy. It's one specific room that keeps the responses to a male perspective on male related issues. If you want the woman's point of view, just start the thread in a different room. I for one say, Kuddos to the Admins.
  13. Let's see.....the forum says "Gastric sleeve success stories" She has alot of success with her sleeve and is losing weight quickly. Great. topic covered. She also has said she is going to a shrink. No one here actually knows her or her husband or an actual "whole" story...... So, contrary to the many somewhat prejudiced responses........... Holly, you and your husband and maybe the shrink or a counselor are the ones that should be working on your issues, not random bitter advice from anyone on this or other forums. Good luck.
  14. Question for the guys on injections for low T. When did you notice an actual change and did you do a follow up test to determine your new levels....and what were your new level goals......and did you reach them.......and do you maintain them without ups and downs in levels.or effects. ?
  15. Ok, tests are done. Everyone here was dead on with their descriptions. Not only was it a complete non event, everything checked out fine. Actually drinking that crud and going thru the prep part was the crappy (I mean that) part. The scopes were a breeze. Shoulda done it years ago.
  16. Play it for all it's worth.....you earned it.
  17. Should have removed the band first...... wait three month......get another revision later.......get another surgeon to do another sleeve surgery.......should have let it heal first....... Wow, I am so amazed by how many sleevers become instant Doctors. And even more fantastic is their ability to diagnose someones condition or to find fault with a Surgeon's decisions, ...... sight unseen. Encourage people, comfort them, but don't play doctor here. There is absolutely no way for any of you to know what the "Surgeon's" reason was for why he did what he did. But I'll bet he knew what was best for "His" patient, better than a bunch of random guessing. And to Halloul, I realize you are looking for comfort and answers, but you really need to talk to your Surgeon about the details of your surgery and if that is not possible or does not provide you with adequate answers, then consult another "Doctor". Don't look for medical answers to your specific condition on a Forum. And by all means follow the advice where offered to make the best of your procedure and gain a positive outcome. But for specific medical answers or solutions, consult the professionals. Good luck.
  18. I can settle this very easily. Wait.......... The alternative will be upon you before you have time to discuss it here. It's called gettin old. The knees will be titanium/plastic and the feet will have plantar fasciitis. You can be 90 lbs. soaking wet and the only way you're running is if an escaped tiger is chasing you. You new best exercise will be called ......walking.
  19. Let's see..........hype.....hypo......here it is.....hypocrite.....
  20. Look it up.....why......I could just ask you.
  21. See......and they're good trackers too.
  22. I'm baaaaccck. Seems I ticked off another thinned skinned estrogen factory in one of those eggshell rooms. I think as a society we are missing the boat on quality sports entertainment. We need to put more women in the ring and in full contact events. They are vicious. Of course there would have to be time outs for all the crying and tears. ROFL. Yeah, yeah I know.....can't live with 'em and can't live without 'em and can't kill 'em. Be careful though.......cause they'd probably do us in, in a heartbeat.
  23. Aww cmon, don't you know laughter is the best medicine.......You're gonna havta work on that sense of humor for any depression days that may lie ahead. But don't worry, I'll be around for some more jabbing comic relief.
