Hello fellow feb sleeves! My date was 2/25- I am down 70 lbs- started at 319 tho-- I WAS/HAD been doing 400-800 now I've been doing 100-1400 I eat what I want- I try to get the carbs from fruits and I have to admit my protein intake and water is not what it should be at- but I try- I also see an eating disorder specialist therapist once a week-- head hunger etc-- Seems to going well-- was in a tight - wasn't fitting anymore- 26- now my 22 are getting loser--- Sent from my iPhone using VST
