Checking in. . . How's it going, people?

I hadn't heard much on this forum lately, and I wondered how it's going? If I remember correctly, there were a couple of people on the LGBT forum that were sleeved at the end of last year or the beginning of this year. (I had surgery in December.) I'm down 70 pounds as of right now, and while things are slowly a little now, I'm extremely happy overall.

I hope everyone is doing well!

Congrats to everyone on their success!

I was sleeved on March 29th & I am down 47lbs.

I had some major digestive issues in my second & third weeks following surgery, but luckily that seems to have passed and I'm back on track.

Still incorporating new foods into my diet slowly. I had a bad reaction to Decaf coffee a couple weeks ago, which really bummed me out. But I get it... my new digestive system is still sensitive & it just wasn't ready for coffee.< /p>

My energy is finally getting back to good levels and that's been helping me get out & walk a lot. Tomorrow, I get to head back to the gym for the first time.

Hope everyone continues to have great success!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
