I went from 319 in feb 2013. I will be 2 years sleeved this feb 2015. I have been vegan since this feb 2014. I am around 157-162. I bounce between these #'s now.

My personal opinion: May not be the popular vote but... I think most people harp on the protein bandwagon too strongly- I was never as high on protein as others told me I should be- In fact I'm actually 100% vegan now and eat no animal products at all-- I am about 18 mo out and I'm down 160 - started at 319 and I am now 159-162-- bouncing right now I feel so much healthier than I did- u will be just fine

Lovely, beautiful, great pictures!!!! Everyone is doing so well!! I've been sleeved since feb 25, 2013 so about a lil over 19 mo- a lol over a year and a half- wow almost 2 years in feb! That's crazy!!! Still not quite at goal- but in not really sure what goal is - lol Before Some in progress
