Stalled!'
I was told to increase my meals,so what i do is i set my timer every two hours to remind my self to eat, even when i'm not hungry, and i notice the the scale starting moving again, and when i was walking on my treadmill,i was not eating enough,so i stop it for a while and i find it's working, but i will start my walking again, but i will have to make sure i'm eating enough to burn, and also you could be losing inches that will not show on the scale, and my doctor told me to only weight my self once a week, and i know it's hard lol.. so just kt you are doing and make sure you are getting your water in,and you will see the difference, your body is trying to catch up with the change, and once it figure out that your weight will start dropping again..so stay encourage and put that scale away because it may keep you angry at it ")

Advice please?!
Just remember this process takes time, listen to your Dr,do not be afraid to ask for something for pain, with me i had a pain pump, and it work wonders, get up and move as soon as the Dr. clear you, walk around the nurses station at lease every two hours.most of all say a prayer before you go in,you will be ok..
-
Just sleeved today!'
Did they give you the pain pump? Try to get your rest, and if you don't have the pump make sure they giving you your meds on time, because the way they will give it to you is when you ask for it..

No this is my furst time hearing of this,i went in on the 22 last month for the bypass, but i had to much scar tissue,so they. brought me back in on the 25 for the sleeve,

4 days out... Frustrated
It will get better the two weeks is the hardest, once you get through those first two weeks it will be better, please listen to your Dr. and follow your phases, because you don't want to get sick, just try to flush as much fluids as u can, because on my first posp-op they had to give me iv fluids in the office, and also don't do your weight everyday, only once a week i know it's hard, when u start your second phase u will notice a weight drop so pay the scale no mine, because it's only water, stay encourage, trust me it will get better :)Also i find the timer helps me it reminds you to drink and eat , and i feel you on jello i will not eat jello for the rest of my life lol..
-
Mid chest pain when eating
I agree with sleeve master,i'm suprise you call eat all of that i was on liquids for two weeks, and the second phase, and than the third phase which is the pureed food, and than you go to soft foods, well every Dr. is different, but i can say eating to fast will do that, and your soups make sure you are straining them..
