Weight gain!

I've been walking alot and for the last one week my w8 has increased by 1 kg! Frm 100 to 101kgs it's killing me! I dnt eat much.. I drink lots of water.. I'm just one month post op! What in the worlds wrong!!!!

You have to feed your body enough calories or it will think youre starving and then hold on to all the weight it can. It's storing. Adjust your intake

Yes i was told to increase my intake when i had a stall for two weeks,so now o time my self every two to remind me to eat, even when i'm not hungry,and it's hard because if i listen to my stomach i will never eat lol..and also only do your weight once a week,and i know that's hard too.and also it may not show you are losing on the scale but you could be losing inches,that will not show on scale..and if you are exercising,you really needs to up your intake,i only was able to get on my treadmill once this week and i see the scale are dropping looks like i lose more when i'm not exercising :)
