I was told to increase my meals,so what i do is i set my timer every two hours to remind my self to eat, even when i'm not hungry, and i notice the the scale starting moving again, and when i was walking on my treadmill,i was not eating enough,so i stop it for a while and i find it's working, but i will start my walking again, but i will have to make sure i'm eating enough to burn, and also you could be losing inches that will not show on the scale, and my doctor told me to only weight my self once a week, and i know it's hard lol.. so just kt you are doing and make sure you are getting your water in,and you will see the difference, your body is trying to catch up with the change, and once it figure out that your weight will start dropping again..so stay encourage and put that scale away because it may keep you angry at it ")
