    Best coffee drink poll

I work at Starbucks part time. My drink of choice on a hot day is an iced tall skinny Mocha (sf mocha syrup, nonfat milk) with sugar free caramel. It is delicious hot or iced ...

    Ugh

I guess I do just need to stop comparing myself to others. Thanks guys. Sometimes I just need a kick in the pants.

    Ugh

I look at how well everyone is doing and I am getting super depressed. I have only lost 50 lbs in three months. I started at 281 and it seems people that were bigger (like myself) lose faster. I am doin everything right, and I just don't understand why I'm not losing more weight. What it I don't ever get down to goal weight. Any suggestions on what you think I should do? I can't have protein shakes (my NUT and surgeon determined they have something in them that Makes me sick). Any thoughts would help!
  4. That's me too! The mornings after I take my Vitamins the last thing I want to do us eat. I tried taking them at night but ALWAYS forgot!!!!
  5. I am three months out. I talked to my NUT about it and she told me to push through. The weird thing is that there is no discomfort. The thought of food somedays just makes me want to vomit.
  6. There are somedays (like today) that the thought if eating makes me super nauceous. It isn't like this everyday, but the thought of food makes me sick. Even if I am a bit hungry I just can't make myself eat. Anyone else have an issue like this?

    Central New Yorkers?

Thanks for the kudos and congrats on your approval. I had the lap band and got converted a couple of months later with the sleeve. The band eroded my esophagus and tore my stomach lining :-/. This has not been wonderful either, but the further out I get the better it gets. I landed in the hospital three times after surgery. Just know that this is a ton harder than the lap band, speaking honestly. But at this point I think I am getting close to saying I don't regret it. Definitely keep in touch!!

    Central New Yorkers?

My name is Megan and I was sleeved 1/14. I am down 55#s from the date of surgery. There have been health issues along the way and for a while I regretted it. Three months out and I am feeling much better. I went through Dr. Cooper at Crouse.

    Help!

Thanks guys! Sometimes I just need to hear it will all be ok. I feel like my friends and family truly don't see the struggle, and if they do they feel as though I did this to myself.

    Help!

I was sleeved January 14th and I have been perfect! I hadnt cheated or had the urge to eat anything I wasn't supposed to. Then this weekend arrived I have had potato chips, Cheetos and a cupcake. I have lost 55 pounds And I feel like I am going to gain it all back! Granted it has only been a couple times, but this is what got me here in the first place. Any crispy foods out there that we can eat? I hate pork skins just to out that our there.

    Coffee talk

It's so weird to hear the varying opinions of our numerous NUtritionists. My NUT said I could have coffee as long as I use an artificial sweetener and non fat milk as cream.
