I felt the same way! I still struggle with it some! Like you said it's not really regret! The overwhelming emotioonal roller coster is exhausting. I had a few "big" melt downs! My dr. gave me xanax to help with them. It does. I am 4.5 weeks post op and I promise you it does get better every day!

I have just the opposite problem! I am 4.5 weeks post op and my sleeve tolerates very little. I have yet to get over 400 calories in one day. I've never reached my fluid intake limit! It is very frustrating. But I can surely see how being able to consume a lot is just as frustrating or more so. the point with having the surgery is to help you with the over eating. Hang in there! Hope it gets better soon!

While reading this post it felt as if I was the one who had wrote it! I didn't get the "easy" surgery! I had it all! the vomiting, nausea, horrible gas pains! I am 4 weeks out and still have my days that I question whether I did the right thing but as you say what's done is done and no turning back now! I do have good days but I am no where near 'I would do it all over again" phase! Hang in there!
