  5. Maybe it has something to do with heights. I can't eat more than 3 bites of a subway sandwich and can't finish an entire boiled egg without feeling like I ate a rock and I'm only 4' 11 and 1/2.
  6. Thank you!! I feel awesome. To be honest, I'm not as disciplined as I see most folks on here. I really eat what I feel like eating. There's nothing I can't tolerate. I just eat really small portions. If I want it, I eat it. Right or wrong I've been successful. I have my blood tested frequently and I'm nutritional levels are perfect and I feel fantastic. I'm not working out. I realize its not the textbook plan but I'm happy.
  7. We which makes me about 3 1/2 months. Starting weight was 246 this morning 188. I'm amazed!!
  8. I had my surgery at NWWL and I absolutely credit them with changing my life. Dr Michelson is beyond amazing and the entire staff was I incredibly supportive. My surgery was on 12/13 and I'm down 56 lbs. I would do this over and over an over. BEST thing I've ever done for myself.
  9. Wow!! We are very close to the same exact size, surgery date and progress. I hit the "ONE-derfuls" on the scale this week and I almost cried. I wouldn't change a single thing. I'm so amazed at how incredible my sleeve has been. GO US!!!
  10. I've been the same way. My surgery date was December 13th and I'm down 56 lbs. it's AMAZING! I love my sleeve. No regrets.
  11. I don't know why but frozen yogurt makes me vomit like nothing else. I've tried it twice now. Never again!! (Bummer deal....I used to LOVE it)
  12. I can't suggest ice chips enough!! I still eat them daily at 7 weeks out to stay hydrated. It makes a huge difference and once I got my hydration under control everything felt better
