We which makes me about 3 1/2 months. Starting weight was 246 this morning 188. I'm amazed!!

      Thank you!! I feel awesome. To be honest, I'm not as disciplined as I see most folks on here. I really eat what I feel like eating. There's nothing I can't tolerate. I just eat really small portions.

    Thank you!! I feel awesome. To be honest, I'm not as disciplined as I see most folks on here. I really eat what I feel like eating. There's nothing I can't tolerate. I just eat really small portions. If I want it, I eat it. Right or wrong I've been successful. I have my blood tested frequently and I'm nutritional levels are perfect and I feel fantastic. I'm not working out. I realize its not the textbook plan but I'm happy. :)
