Just wanted to share my progress. 3 months out from a size XXL 22/24 to a L 12/14.

Weight loss 45lbs still have a TON more but working on it.

Been doing 10 miles on elliptical and bike five times a week and doing zumba two times a week.

You are a PRIME example that hard work pays off!!! That this surgery is a wonderful tool, especially when YOU put forth the efforts to utilize it as a tool! Good for you!!!

Thank you. Yes I do have more energy, I used to want to sleep all day even with three kids. Now there is nothing that can stop me. Thank you for all the great compliments. )

I never believed the doctors that at 8 weeks I would feel better. I am completely off my antidepressants and I am still able to manage the stressors of an ARMY wife with a hubby deployed. Thanks.
