I am losing about one pound every three days. I am 3 weeks out and I am very happy with that. For some reason I thought it would go faster! Silly me or else wishful thinkin
. I started walking last Wednesday and I am up to 2 1/2 miles per day. It seems it has kind of stalled my losing! GOOD LUCK!!!

I started running(jogging) too and within a week I can jog a full mile with out stopping. I never thought I would be so excited about running. I am so proud of you keep it up.
