  1. hello and welcome back im at the pre-op stage but I know I cant do this without my friends on here as know one else understands
  2. as im still pre-op i do it every second day ive got to keep an eye on it so i can stay in the program
  3. with me I find people are either talking about or eating food more these days, im even finding the about of food on people's plate gross and im only pre-op lol
  4. congrats and well done, your looking amazing, im still pre-op no date yet but reading and seeing all the post here keep me going xx

  10. Yes till the 8th of April, I've passed pancake tuesday, ash wednesday, valentines, mothering Sunday, St Patricks day, & now Easter, but it will be so so worth it x
  11. im so with you on I need this surgery, Ive no one here to share my feelings with and at times I feel as if im drowning, im beating myself up for the last few days with head hunger, when will you hear from your insurance company maybe they can threw some light on it for you

  13. my dr put me on it, its part of their plan for weight loss befor the surgery

Ladies I understand where your coming from im n week 8 of a 10 week milk diet and today ive had a punnet of tomatoes, im really struggling this week and I know the 8th of April isnt far away, but whats really getting me is im told I wont be having my surgery till late autumn or early winter, ive 2 more weeks to do this but I know we can all do this x :)

  19. Hello and welcome, I'm also having the sleeve in late autumn,
  20. I haven't had surgery yet but on a milk diet Ive lost 30lbs but I can see the difference, I can cut my own toe nails, I can walk without my stick, my old clothes are been revised as I now can wear them, but my face was the biggest shock (lol lol) my chins are gone, my high colour is gone, but the most amazing thing is im beginning to come alive, roll on my surgery when this little caterpillar can become the beautiful butterfly she is meant to be xxx

  22. the fact that your bmi is over 35 and your pre-diabetic you would think that was enough for you to pass, fingers crossed for you that you will get it x
