  3. cant ye both recover together, this is your time and as you said your afraid he could lose his job well that's all the more reason you have this op now, don't sit this one out, take back your control and go for it, look at if this way if you put it aside this time other reasons not to have it will keep popping up the best of your the choice is yours

  7. im on lyrical and morphine patches for the fibro my doctor says once i start losing the weight he will be able to reduce my medciation, im also a diabetic, have high b/p, thyroid , but i also have very low cholesterol, im on the pre-op diet and ive been taken off my insulin, your doctor will guide you on your meds the best of luck xxx

  10. i was on the lantus thats has to be tweaked by your dr as it works through the night so you may need to increase it 2ml at a time it is a good injection to take, so contact your dr

  14. WELL DONE YOU AND YOUR RIGHT IM ON A PRE-OP DIET AND IM 4 WEEKS INTO A 8 WEEK DIET THE FIRST 2 WEEKS I WAS ON THE SCALE EVERY DAY BUT THESE LAST 2 WEEKS IL WAIT FOR THE DR AS OTHERWISE ID BE UPSET XXX

  17. thats the only test im waiting on im dreading it I know this is for me but for a long long time I found it hard to express myself to be heard and listen to so your story brought a smile to my face, il think of this when im having mine

Hi im an insulin dependent diabetic and im in my 3th week of my pre-op diet,, its an 8 week milk diet, my insulin has been stopped and its been done very carefully my consultant rings me every day as im over 2hrs drive from the hospital, my sugars are brilliant the best they have been in a long long time, trust your care team they will work with you and help you along the way x

  20. lactose free milk its lighter than any other milk and its easier on the tummy
  21. I also have an intolerance to milk but I got the lactose one and im not bloated or had no headaches
  22. Jennybeth your hubby is on his journey and you have cared and stood by him all along, but you and also on a journey to a better health and longer life, as dust said maybe you both can do counseling afterwards, this is your time so take it xx
