  9. Just got off a two week stall and I am finally below 200. I can't recall the last time I was below 200 pounds and it feels great! I have 48 pounds to goal and I know I'll get there. I have been trying to think of what has been the toughest part of this journey and I don't have a solid comment. I've had ups and downs, pain here and there, frustrations and celebrations but I'm always moving forward. I don't let the stalls get to me and when I'm in one I don't change anything. I just keep going and wait them out. I'm an average loser and I'm ok with that. My biggest issue is tightening up all this flabby skin. I'm almost at 4 months and learn something new all the time. Anyone have any great ideas for toning legs and butt? Let's not forget my flabby stomach either! So thankful for the sleeve and how much I've changed. I still see the old me in the mirror but the new me is starting to show up too. Good luck to everyone and remember .... it's a journey. You'll have good days and bad but WAY more good days!
  10. It's natural to be nervous. This is the best decision you will ever make and your life will never be the same (in a very good way). Remember to sip, sip, sip and walk everytime you think about it. Walking is truly the key to getting rid of the gas. Day 3 was the worst for me but nothing I couldn't handle. Congratulations!
