Surgery 4/17. So nervous...

Will be so glad to get the surgery done. It has been a long road with disappointments. Finally decided to cash pay. I just want to thank everyone for their stories. I have learned so much from you and feel better knowing what to expect.

Don't be nervous. I had my surgery on April 9 last Tuesday tomorrow will be 7 days post op. I was very nervous because I never had any type of surgery before and I didn't no what 2 expect. My surgeon was so Great!! I saw him the day b4 and he told me the hardest part was getting in the car and walking in the hospital. He was so correct. I waited for 5 1/2 hours past my surgery time, but the hospital staff treated me like a queen. I no it's scary but honestly u won't remember any after u get the anesthesia.

Congratulations on your surgery date!

Good Luck tomorrow! Mine is on the 18th.

It's natural to be nervous. This is the best decision you will ever make and your life will never be the same (in a very good way). Remember to sip, sip, sip and walk everytime you think about it. Walking is truly the key to getting rid of the gas. Day 3 was the worst for me but nothing I couldn't handle. Congratulations!
