  6. try www.mybariatricpantry,com Pantry Selections fruit drink protein powders! They are soooo good! Theyre only 15g of protein but taste better than ANY other powder ive tried. I dont even put mixers in them! with my syntrac fuzzy navel and strawberry kiwi i have to add in a zero calorie flavor pack but with the Pantry Selections ones they taste good alllll by themself, you taste none of that protein taste at all! theyre awesome and only 11.95 for the sample pack!!! everyone should really buy some!
  7. i have a great recipie for a healthy pizaa if you like mushrooms! what you do is take a large portobello mushroom and cute the stem off and shave out all the little black hair things lol, this will be your bread. Then top with a small spoonfull of whatever pizza (tomato) sauce you prefer. Take a low fat mozzarella stick and peel it all up and place it all over the mushroom top, and then get some turkey bacon and add a few pieces, pop it in the microwave and boom! a delicious little pizaa for like 100-150 calories! and add whatever else toppings you like as well!!! hope you like mushrooms!!
  8. thats EXACTLY the fear i have, what if i just dont look good being a normal size? everyone tells me i am CRAZY and that "if you look good now, youre going to look amazing" lets hope theyre right!
