What is good? literally...

I haven't been sleeve yet, but I want to get myself ready for surgery. I am in the process of purchasing some ready to go protein shakes. What taste good, what doesn't? What's your favorite brand and flavors? Has anyone tried Worldwide Sports Nutritions Ultra Pure Protein shake? Are they any good and what flavor do you like?

  • Chocolate premiere protein shakes, they have been the best for me and they have 30 grams of protein! You can get them at Costco or sams club.

I'll check that out

Don't buy a ton now. Your taste buds will change after surgery (or at least they're likely to) and then you could be stuck with a bunch of Protein you can't stand.

Look for samples of products.
