Try to mix miralax in your protein shakes to make you go, at least every other day until you are more regular. Also stay away from carbonated drinks! your cravings will go away give yourself about a month! Good luck!

Thank you guys!!
Well a typical day for me is wake up at 6 am have my coffee (black with 2 tsp of reg sugar cause artificial sweeteners trigger my migraines) then around 9:30 i have my shake (which is blended with half banana and some miralax for well u know haha) then around 12:30 i have a light lunch which usually consist of tuna, cottage cheese, salad, shredded chicken , etc but no more than 1 cup. (i can hardly consume a cup)
and i usually snack a lot like sugar snap peas, zero carb pork rines (high in protein), cucumber w lime salt olive oil and chilli pepper (pretty deelich) and at dinner i'll either have another protein shake or a cup of some kind of protein. I've realized as long as my intake of protein is above 50 grams i hardly get hungry.
I am sooo freaking happy i decided to make this change in my life! wish you all of you the BEST!! <3

I had the lapband and had success until the shoulder pain and the weight gain started! now im a sleever and if i had to i would sleeve myself again! Lapband gets a thumbs down in my opinion.

Depends on your surgeon, mine requested only the day before surgery to have a clear liquids diet and everything went fine!

I know! im so scared of getting dehydrated or confusing hunger with thirst! and i never had issues drinking water before, now after surgery i can drink any liquids just fine but water ugh just a sip makes me nauseous so i kinda have to push it the best ive done is a bottle of 16 oz and a half in a DAY! Thats why im so confused as to how the heck am I gonna get the 64 oz?!
Hopefully , like you say, it'll get better by summer

My surgeon allowed me to take my anxiety meds even on the day of surgery! research and ask your dr how will this affect your procedure and if it's completely necessary to stop it.

I'm telling you guys i definitely learned my lesson! lol

You guys ive lost only 24 lbs!! but i think im losing inches rather than weight, i was at a stall for 3 weeks!! but i didnt let it discourage, i keep reminding myself the sleeve it's just a tool and not a miracle surgery so ive noticed that even though im eating less portions i wont lose any weight if i keep choosing the wrong foods. So it's been a struggle but i thank God i made this decisions! this website and all your testimonies had helped me a lot on a daily basis and i wanted to thank you! Remember it took most of us a lifetime to gain this weight we shouldn't give up just because we dont see the weight shed fast enough. This is a about healthy living not just looking thin..that's just bonus
