  1. Congratulations!! you are doing awesome. I was sleeved in December 2012 as well but I have lost about 70lbs only and sometimes I wonder if I am losing too slow. I stall a lot too and sometimes that scares me a little because I kind of feel discouraged at times.
  2. you look amazin! congrats!!!! Have you lost all that weight in 10 months? if not how much have you lost after the surgery?

    Weightloss stall

Not losing weight in 4 days is not a stall. My doc says that a platoe is when you are not losing in months. I know it's hard but sometimes is better not to get on the scale every day. Consider that you are intaking lots of fluids and since your food intake is not much your body stores fluids and calories to survive. Your body is learning to adjust to a different life style. Also if you are not intaking enough fluids that can affect your progress. So do not stress over 4 days that you have not lost. Eventually weight loss will become slower but keep in mind that is not about how many pounds you lose but about the % of overweight that you have to lose. The more you lose, the smaller that percetange of exess weight you have to lose becomes. In my case I sometimes don't see any changes on the scale for days or even weeks but I can feel that my clothes fit better so I realize I am still losing inches. Don't feel discuraged or anxious, it is happening! just keep up the good work!!!!

    All of my December sleevers...

that happens to me. I guess it's because we see ourselves every day lol. But people around noticed more. I still see myself big too but my clothes now fit better and some are even starting to fit loose plus I am now wearing clothes that didn't fit before. I guess that's when I realize I am actually loosing weight

    1 year tomorrow! Who else?

Congratulations! I think you should add some pictures!!!
  10. Yesterday I started to feel small cramps around one of my incisions. I am afraid of having pulled a muscle or something like that. Has anyone experience any of this? I don't remember making any huge efforts yesterday and I have been following my doctor's instructions for exercising. I still have abdominal restrictions so I am kind of worried.

    All of my December sleevers...

I was sleeved on 12/11 and I was just oked to start working out last week. So far my doc just wants me to do 15min on the eliptical and 15 on the stationary bike 3 times a week. but I also walk a mile every day. He say I mainly have to focus on keeping up my heart rate rather than distance.

  14. My doc advised me that I might have some nausea after surgery and he prescribed nausea meds but I never had the need to take them. I think you body is reacting and everyone's reaction to surgery is different. I hope you start feeling better soon.
