It went well iv had my ups and downs but its getting better.

I also get a pressure but in my left side of my tummy and its freaky to say the least and hurts

Make sure your getting enough protein and taking your B12. If you are tired like that for to long check with doc because I believe it can be a sign of a leak. Hope you get to feeling better soon

Ok for those of you that don't like shakes as I can't stand them Unjury is awesome! They have one with no flavor and I mean no flavor you can put in anything, cheese sauce, chicken broth.
