  3. You need to find a low calorie drink that you like and drink it up! I use Low calorie Gatorade it comes in allot of flavors so you don't get bored. I would try to take 25 mg of sennosides. You can take 2 pills for max relief. I would separate them though 1 in the morning 1 at night because it can cause cramping. I tried dulcolax and milk of magnesium they didnt work. I also didnt have a feeling or urge to go I just went to go number one and KABAM next thing you know I was going. Sorry for too much info but with this surgery this is almost all I think about :)Good luck with the kidney stones

  11. I finally did it! I"M 199.4 as of this morning SO happy. Turns out I was badly constipated that's why I wasn't loosing anything for week and a half.I took milk of magnesium one day nothing happened, next day 3 stool softeners. 3rd day two 25 mg exlax sennosides. I went to the bathroom like 7 times! My stomach feels much better and I have hit ONEDERLAND. Still cant believe I'm in the hundreds , this is gonna take a while to sink in. Last time I was in the hundreds was probably 15 years ago! Awesome Im so happy I had this surgery. Best decision I ever made Keep going everyday and don't give up! the scale will be defeated! LOL
  12. Opps June 21st is the first day of summer CW: 200 pounds so I have 22 days to lose 7 pounds
  13. According to my doc I'm suppose to eat 800 calories a day till I reach goal and 1200 max to maintain once I get there.I have 50 pounds to goal. I don't see a combination of exercise and 800 calories a day working for me. When I exercise I like to do intense exercises like p90x or 1 hour on the treadmill but after surgery I have not exercised partly due to time and fear of fainting because I feel weak or lightheaded. I do move around allot more then before. What do you do? How many calories a day and how much exercise? Are you comfortable or tired? I have three young kids to take care of so I need energy/calories to get through my day I just joined an awesome gym so I'm pumped up but not sure about the calories I was thinking of increasing to 1000 on the days I exercise. any other thoughts would be appreciated Thanks
  14. Myfitnesspal.com is really awesome too , I log all my food in and measurements
  15. In the beginning of my surgery I weighed like a mad women everyday! But it drove me nuts! So I weight in once a week only , measure every 1st of the month and take pics every 2 months in the same out fit That way if the scale dosnt go down then I have the measurements to fall back on:)
  16. HUH? Maybe your sleeve is a little to tight? I have read that theres a tube they can put in there and blow it up to stretch the sleeve a little , I hope you figure this out Stay strong
  17. Wow big difference what ever you are doing keep it up
  18. What best helped me in the beginning was when I read on this website " you will be able to eat what you cook for your family just not yet your body needs to heal first" I had a very hard time and felt down in the beginning when I cooked for my family its a phase and it will pass and you will find your self at the table with them eating what they are but in much smaller quantities. Stay strong and if it gets bad take a big smell of what ever it is you cant have yet. That seemed to really help me get through it. Its only a phase Good luck
  19. 46 pounds in 3 months is 15 pounds a month! Almost 4 pounds a week! thats great
  20. I dont know how much you weight or how close to goal you are. I have read allot that the closer you get to it the slower the weight loss. Are you keeping calories at max of 800? are you getting 70 grams of protein in daily? 64 ounces of water? low carb? These all play a great role in how fast you lose the weight.
  21. My hair has been falling out for 2 months now and still is. When I watch my protein and make sure I get it all in I notice a little less hair loss 70 grams protein.
