According to my doc I'm suppose to eat 800 calories a day till I reach goal and 1200 max to maintain once I get there.I have 50 pounds to goal. I don't see a combination of exercise and 800 calories a day working for me. When I exercise I like to do intense exercises like p90x or 1 hour on the treadmill but after surgery I have not exercised partly due to time and fear of fainting because I feel weak or lightheaded. I do move around allot more then before. What do you do? How many calories a day and how much exercise? Are you comfortable or tired? I have three young kids to take care of so I need energy/calories to get through my day
I just joined an awesome gym so I'm pumped up but not sure about the calories I was thinking of increasing to 1000 on the days I exercise. any other thoughts would be appreciated
Thanks
