Maybe your calories are too low for the amt of exercise? Bump it up for a day or 2 to 1200? See what happens Sent from my iPhone using VST- Passed out
I would probably attribute this to one of two things, low blood pressure or low blood sugar...since surgery I have had both...sugar is what causes the lightheaded ness for me...? Sent from my iPhone using VST- Extremely out of shape - Could use some help.
Try this, put the incline on zero, and work on getting up your speed. Once I did that, I am now up to about 4.5 mph on there with no incline and about 3.5 with between 3-6 incline. It took me a WHILE to work up to this by making small changes in my day to day life....i.e. parking futher out at work and shopping centers, walking on my breaks and lunch at work. I REALLY suck at keeping the pace with working out and so I choose to walk on my breaks and lunch and get my walking in small amounts all day long... I will say that before surgery I started doing this, making these small changes because its soo hard for me to be dedicated to working out everyday so I have to 'trick' my brain and do it in small amounts throughout my day to day activities. I REALLY want to run also, and got the C25K app, but I'm not sure if I am ready for that either. ( A knee injury also prevents me from running/jogging. The physical therapist said that if I can keep pace and just move the incline throughout my workout, that its less stress on the knees then the impact of running or jogging... Just some of my thoughts and $.02- Godiva
Bahahaha Sent from my iPhone using VST- Button ups!

Well you look fab! I'm sure you will have that beach hottie tottie body soon maybe you can update us along the way as your incisions and scars heal? You can already tell a big difference, and btw 177 lbs is AMAZING!- Getting ready physically and mentally
I think moregoodtimes says it best! I also 'overplanned' lol. Have thrown or given away shakes and powders and supplements and meds that I could not tolerate after surgery or because my tastes have changed. I'd be cautious about spending lots of money on things pre-op just some thoughts- Hard journey, murphys law I suppose, infection
Goodness, I hope you get to feeling better soon. So they say you have an incision infection? Or is it internally that has to be drained? Did they place a drain while you were in the hospital? - Tummy belt
