I have been heavy most of my life and my whole family is heavy, not a skinny one amongst us. After 47 years of struggling with yo yo dieting I finally started to look into weight loss surgery. I made a passing comment to my sister who surprisingly told me she also had looked into it a year before. So we made the plunge together and went to a meeting and made an appointment to speak with the surgeon. I soon found out that my surgery would not be covered by my insurance boooooooo and then had to start the plan on how am I gonna pay for this. I worked my butt off and saved as ,much as I could out of my commissions and lived off my salary for a year. I saved 10 grand and financed ten. its now ten months later and this is the best decision I ever made , I have had no complications and healed almost imediately , I am down 116 lbs as of today and hoping for another 20 lbs before my one year anniversay , I know that is streaching it since that is 1,.5 months away but a girl can dream cant she. I started out in a size 3x now I am a size Large, pants use to be 26 now a 14 ... whooo hoooo feeling good
