  2. I agree, 1200-1500 calories a day is to much. Anything more than 1200 calories at maintenance will be to much, unless you are doing high energy cardio. I would talk with my doctor and go over the program with your nut. @ walking 3mph for 30 minutes will burn about 200 calories. As we all know what got us to this place was to many calories in not enough burned. It could be you are losing inches, from what I have read stalls happen, just seems like a lot of calories.

My surgery was Jan 9th, and I was told clear liquids for 14 days. Thinking about introducing some items on the full liquid list after 7 days. Any thoughts to pros and cons?
  5. My surgery was Wednesday January 9th I had the option of coming home yesterday or today. I choose yesterday, so I've been home overnight. Challenges getting in and out of bed and the withdrawal headache from no caffeine. Also I feel as if I have a lump in my throat, from the tube where I was put to sleep. I am hoping this will get better every day. My doctor has stated me Day 2-14 32 oz of skim milk and 32 oz of clear broth. I'm getting up and walking around every 1-2 hours. Then Saturday I will begin my vitamins and am to walk 30 minutes per day.
